Evaluates potential properties and property owners. They analyze market data and confirm contact information for people who do and do not want to sell their portion of a property. They work closely with Tony to stay on track with the company’s strategy and manage the acquisition process through closing. The assistant will work with Tony on Steps 1 & 3 on the three step process but rest assured you will be working with Tony directly underwriting your situation and offering you price and terms.
