Juanita
Juanita evaluates potential properties and owners, analyzes market data, and confirms information for those who may or may not want to sell their interest. She works closely with Tony to support the company’s strategy and keep the acquisition process moving through closing. Juanita assists with Steps 1 and 3 of the three-step process. Tony will work with you directly to underwrite your situation and present the purchase price and terms.
